About eight years’ ago I fell in love with this print by Natasha Law and bought it from Eleven Fine Art. I saved up for it at the time and they very kindly hand delivered it to me at work. It currently hangs proudly in the hallway of our house, in a simple black wooden frame.
Natasha Law’s paintings are even more amazing close up and I dream of one day hanging an original on a white wall. They are created with layers of high gloss household paint, bright block colours and are incredibly bold.
She often paints on sheets of aluminium and they tend to have a strong fashion influence. They also have a very voyeuristic feel to them, mainly due to the state of undress in the majority of paintings.
